General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales made on the Coldest Breeze website.
1. Website operator
Information about the website operator is available in the Legal notice.
2. Scope
These GTCS apply to all orders placed on the Coldest Breeze website by consumers acting for personal purposes.
Every order implies unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3. Products
The main characteristics of the products are presented on each product page. Our products are evaporative air coolers — they are not compressor air conditioners.
Photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes. Slight differences in color or finish may exist depending on the screens or manufacturing batches.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes.
Coldest Breeze reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the price in effect when the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
The order becomes final once payment has been confirmed.
A confirmation email is sent automatically after each purchase.
6. Payment
Payments are fully secure. We accept, in particular: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped as promptly as possible.
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days throughout Europe.
This timeframe is provided for information purposes only and may vary during periods of high activity.
8. Transfer of risk
Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
In the event of a damaged parcel, the Customer is invited to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations, the Customer has 14 days after receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer, regardless of the amount. No prepaid return label is provided, and return costs are not refunded. The only exception is a defective product or an error on our part — in that case, the return is at our expense. Full details are provided in our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Warranties
Legal warranty: the products benefit from the legal warranties provided for under the applicable regulations regarding lack of conformity and hidden defects.
Commercial warranty: Coldest Breeze also provides a 2-year commercial warranty from the date of receipt, covering manufacturing defects (parts and labor). This warranty may be claimed by contacting customer service with the order number and a description of the defect (supported by photographs or video). It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or accidental damage. The commercial warranty applies without prejudice to the legal warranties.
11. Complaints & mediation
For any questions or complaints, our customer service is available at: info@coldestbreeze.com. We strive to respond within 24 business hours.
In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute that has not been resolved with our customer service, a Customer residing in France may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The Customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (GDPR).
13. Force majeure
Coldest Breeze shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from an event of force majeure beyond its control.
14. Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the law applicable in the relevant country of sale, without depriving the consumer of the mandatory protections afforded by the law of their country of residence. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall prioritize an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
