General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales made on the Coldest Breeze website.

1. Website Publisher

2. Scope

These GTCS apply to any order placed on the Coldest Breeze website by a consumer acting for personal purposes.

Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. Products

The main characteristics of the products are presented on each product page.

Photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only. Slight differences in color or finish may exist depending on screens or production batches.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).

Coldest Breeze reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Order

The order becomes final after payment validation.

A confirmation email is sent automatically after each purchase.

6. Payment

Payments are fully secure. We accept notably: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days throughout Europe.

This timeframe is indicative and may vary during peak periods.

8. Transfer of Risk

The transfer of risk occurs at the time of delivery to the Customer.

In case of damaged packages, the Customer is invited to contact our customer service within 48 hours after receipt.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, the Customer has a period of 14 days after receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

10. Legal Warranty

Products benefit from the legal warranties provided by applicable regulations concerning conformity defects and hidden defects.
