You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must:

  • Be complete, clean, and undamaged.

  • Be sent back in its original packaging, when possible.

Items showing signs of excessive use or damage cannot be refunded.
