Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days across Europe (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Austria, Portugal, and the rest of the EU).

During high demand periods (heatwaves, El Niño), delivery times may occasionally be slightly extended. We will keep you informed by email as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to follow your package in real time.
